Job summary

R C Lacy, Inc in the Catskill area is seeking a Service Department BDC to support a Ford dealership's service team. You will answer phones, schedule appointments, and help coordinate loaner cars while confirming insurance before maintenance.

• Experience at a Ford dealership is a plus.
• Knowledge of automobiles is a plus.

• Past experience as a service consultant is a plus.

• Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
• Determine and recommend maintenance base on age, mileage and history of vehicle
• Establish follow up time
