Digi Security Systems is seeking a Service Coordinator to support our Oklahoma City, Tulsa, and Arkansas locations. You will manage ticket flow, protect SLAs, and keep partners informed with timely updates.

This role partners with branch leads and the service manager to ensure field teams stay focused on billable work. The ideal candidate has at least two years in service coordination or scheduling, preferably in security systems or related fields, and is comfortable using ticketing software.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in service coordination, dispatch, or scheduling.
• Experience with security systems or field service preferred.
• Comfort with ticketing and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Drive service tickets from intake to resolution and keep them scheduled.
• Monitor tickets to protect SLAs and minimize breaches.
• Prioritize tickets by urgency and allocate field resources accordingly.
