Energy Jobline ZR in Tulsa, Oklahoma, is seeking a Dispatch Coordinator to schedule, assign, and dispatch Field Service Technicians to meet customer service requirements. You will assist in creating commissioning books from data collected by field staff and coordinate with Field Service and Project Management teams.

You will manage the Field Service Hotline, answer queries, support route adjustments, and ensure tools and information are available to complete work.

Formación

• Excellent communication to collaborate with teams.
• Clerical and organizational skills for schedules and routes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Prioritize calls by importance level.
• Proficient in Windows and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Highly organized with attention to detail and the big picture.
• 0–1 years dispatching experience.
• Experience using Salesforce.
• Positive attitude with a sense of humor.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule, assign, and dispatch Field Service Technicians.
• Assist in creating commissioning books from field data.
• Answer calls and coordinate with Field Service and PM teams.
• Manage Field Service Hotline and route calls to the right personnel.
• Support technicians with queries, route adjustments, and tools.
• Provide status updates to customers with Project Managers.
• Keep scheduling software and spreadsheets up to date.
• Review data from technicians and improve processes.
• Coordinate assignments in Salesforce Field Service (SFS) based on location and skills.
