Job summary

AUDI OF NASHVILLE, part of the Sonic Automotive family, is seeking a ServiceBDC Associate to schedule and generate service appointments. You will respond to inquiries promptly, maintain client outreach, and coordinate with service, parts and sales to ensure top‑tier customer service.

You will use lead management tools such as CDK, X-Time and DealerLogix, follow up on no‑shows, and act as a service concierge from arrival through the repair process. Saturday work is required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to phone and internet inquiries with courtesy and professionalism.
• Work with service, parts, and sales to ensure high quality customer service.
• Generate service appointments and follow up for no-shows.
