Job summary

Konecranes is seeking a Service Sales Representative to drive sales of services, retrofits, and equipment to our existing customer base in the Wisconsin region. The role emphasizes safety, productivity improvements, and expanding the customer portfolio.

The candidate will prepare estimates, maintain account relationships, and monitor service workload with the service department. Strong communication and CRM proficiency are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in service-related sales or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical concepts.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient with standard PC tools and software.

Responsibilities

• Sell safety and productive retrofits and services to existing customers and develop new accounts to meet quotas.
• Prepare price estimates for service work using approved tools.
• Maintain contact with accounts and prepare monthly reports.
• Schedule annual business reviews and develop account plans with actions.
• Log all activities and opportunities in the CRM system and report weekly.
• Ensure service workload is filled with sold work and monitor credit/collections as needed.
