Job summary

Konecranes is seeking a Service Sales Representative to sell products and services to our existing customer base, improving safety and productivity. You will meet sales targets for lifting equipment including repairs, retrofits, hoists, spare parts, and consultations, while maintaining CRM records and expanding the customer base.

Ideal candidates have a sales background, leadership experience, and comfort with mechanical/electrical concepts, plus strong communication and PC skills.

Qualifications

• Two years of service-related sales experience preferred; equivalent education considered.
• Demonstrated leadership, basic mechanical/electrical understanding, strong communication.
• Proficient PC skills and willingness to relocate if needed.

Responsibilities

• Sell services to existing customers to meet sales quotas.
• Prepare price estimates for service work using established tools and input from the service department.
• Maintain CRM records and account plans; develop relationships with key accounts.
• Develop new accounts to meet minimum established sales quotas and grow the customer base.
• Coordinate with service department and District Manager on delivery of services.
