Job summary

Konecranes Milwaukee is seeking a Service Sales Representative to sell products and services to our existing customer base, boosting safety and productivity across lifting equipment. This role emphasizes proactive customer engagement and revenue growth in a hybrid work setup.

You will meet sales targets for repairs, retrofits, hoists, spare parts, and consultations, while maintaining CRM records, developing key accounts, and coordinating with Branch/District managers for optimal service delivery.

Qualifications

• Two years in service-related sales with leadership experience.
• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and PC skills.
• Prior crane experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell safety and productive retrofits, components and new equipment to existing customers and develop new accounts to meet quotas.
• Prepare price estimates for service work using established tools and input from service.
• Maintain contact with existing accounts and prepare monthly reports.
• Schedule business reviews and maintain CRM activity; document opportunities and offers weekly.
• Monitor service workload and ensure slots are filled with sold work.
• Assist in credit checks, tax-exemption docs, and account collections as needed.
• Support contract renewals and keep communications with service dept to address customer needs.
