Job summary

Konecranes, a global leader in material handling solutions, seeks a Service Sales Representative to drive safety and productivity for our current customers and to grow new accounts.

You will prepare price estimates, manage CRM activity, monitor service workloads, and build relationships to achieve sales targets across repairs, retrofits, hoists and spare parts in a fast-paced, safety-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in service-related sales preferred.
• Must have strong communication and leadership skills.
• Must have good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Engage in sales activities to sell safety and retrofits, components, modernization and new equipment.
• Prepare or assist in preparing price estimates for service work.
• Maintain contact with existing accounts and prepare monthly reports.
• Schedule and conduct business reviews and develop account plans.
• Log activities and opportunities in CRM and report weekly.
• Monitor workload of the service department and fill open slots with sold work.
• Assist in collection efforts and credit checks as needed.
• Manage contract renewals and maintain ongoing communications with customers.
