Zusammenfassung

Konecranes is seeking a Service Sales Representative to grow revenue from our existing customer base and develop new accounts. The role emphasizes safety, productivity improvements, and strong customer engagement, with responsibility for pricing, CRM updates, and quarterly business reviews.

You will report to the Territory Sales Manager and travel as needed, leveraging your sales background to meet quotas while upholding high safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Two years’ experience in service-related sales preferred or equivalent education/training.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of mechanical/electrical principles.
• Prior experience with cranes is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Engage in sales activities to sell safety and productive retrofits to existing customers and develop new accounts to meet quotas.
• Prepare price estimates for service work using established tools and input from service department.
• Maintain contact with accounts and prepare monthly reports.
• Document activity in CRM and provide weekly reports to management.
• Monitor workload of the service department and ensure slots are filled with sold work.
• Maintain account plans and conduct annual business reviews with customers.
