Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Management, Marketing or Sales.
• Business-to-business sales experience.
• Knowledge of product applications; service techniques; ability to read financial statements; contract terms awareness.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager – Service in executing a business plan and drive territory service sales initiatives.
• Develop and implement annual EI Sales Plan in support of regional objectives.
• Grow portfolio unit count and value above market standards, with repairs driving the business.
• Maintain strong commercial relationships with key customers and influential industry consultants.
• Identify major potential customers, including national accounts.
• Lead and mentor a team of Service Sales Representatives to meet targets and develop their skills.
• Lead service sales meetings and ensure they are effective.
• Establish procedures to create a participative management environment aligned with Schindler values.
• Handle legal interfaces such as collections and contractual disputes.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues requiring escalation.
