Summary

The Service Representative for the Oncology and Infusion Centers is responsible for the organization and efficiency of the front end functions of the centers operated by Catholic Health. The Representative will answer telephones and assists patients directly or refers to appropriate staff. He/she will also navigate several IT programs including OR manager and Lawson. In addition, this position is responsible for financial monitoring of all patient accounts including co-payments, payment arrangements, verification of insurance eligibility, handling questions/concerns regarding patient financial responsibility and high level of customer service. As the front line for Infusion services, this position meets and refers all pharmaceutical manufacturers and specialty pharmacy representatives to the Director of Pharmacy, New Business Development for follow up appointments.

Responsibilities

EDUCATION
