Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer telephones and assist patients directly or refer to appropriate staff.
• Navigate IT programs including OR manager and Lawson.
• Oversee financial monitoring of patient accounts: co-payments, payment arrangements, insurance eligibility checks.
• Front line for Infusion services; coordinate with Director of Pharmacy, New Business Development for follow-up.
