Job summary

The role supervises mechanics and apprentices, coordinates with regional repair coordinators, reviews reports, and maintains knowledge of codes and TK products. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent management experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to write reports, proposals and business correspondence
• Ability to present information to management and customers
• Ability to analyze data and draw valid conclusions
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily repair operations run efficiently and cost effectively.
• Schedule repairs, manage materials and manpower.
• Administer safety program and conduct safety audits.
• Attend weekly repair backlog meetings with regional coordinators.
• Supervise repair mechanics and apprentices; perform site audits.
• Monitor repair status and billable/non-billable reports.
• Maintain knowledge of market area, backlog, and TK products and updates.
• Stay current with elevator codes (federal, state, local).
• Assist AR with collections as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
