Job summary

Prestige Lexus of Ramsey is hiring Service Receptionists, offering $18.00–$20.00 per hour. This full-time role requires Saturday and evening availability and includes a fast-paced environment with opportunities to advance within Lithia & Driveway’s nationwide dealership network.

The job focuses on greeting customers, taking calls, handling payments, light bookkeeping in Excel, and supporting the Service Team with administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of administrative or customer-facing experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Experience with dealership software (CDK, VinSolutions or UTA) is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers who enter the service department.
• Direct incoming calls and forward them accordingly.
• Process customer payments and credit card transactions.
• Light bookkeeping and daily balancing in Excel.
• Assist the Service Team with various administrative duties.

What You’ll Do :

• Greet and assist customers who enter the service department


• Direct incoming calls and forward them accordingly

• Light bookkeeping: daily balancing and reconciliation of transactions in Excel Workbook


• Assist the Service Team with various administrative duties as needed

Who We’re Looking For:

• 1-2 years of experience in administrative, customer-facing roles


• Previous dealership experience preferred but not required


• Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite and proficiency in Excel required


• Proficiency in dealership software (CDK, VinSolutions, UTA) a plus


• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence

Total Rewards

The hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 to $20.00 per hour. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
