Job summary

Prestige Lexus of Ramsey is hiring for a full-time Receptionist. You will greet showroom visitors, handle incoming calls, process payments and perform light bookkeeping in Excel.

The role supports the Sales team and coordinates with fellow Administrative Assistants to ensure smooth daily operations. We value experience in retail or dealership environments, strong Excel skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail, administrative, or similar customer-facing roles.
• Prior dealership experience ideal but not required.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite and proficiency in Excel required.
• Proficiency in dealership software (CDK, VinSolutions, UTA) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent and maintain the Lexus brand in a courteous and professional manner.
• Greet and assist customers who enter the store showroom.
• Direct incoming calls and forward them accordingly.
• Process customer payments and credit card transactions.
• Light bookkeeping: daily balancing and reconciliation of transactions in Excel Workbook.
• Assist the Sales Team with various administrative duties as needed.
• Collaborate with other Administrative Assistants on a daily basis.

Who We’re Looking For:

Total Rewards

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $20.00. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
