Job summary

Planet Honda is hiring a Service Receptionist for a fast-paced dealership environment. The role involves greeting customers, managing phone inquiries, maintaining the service lounge, and coordinating with service and warranty teams to address customer needs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers arriving to the Service Department in a prompt, friendly and professional manner.
• Answer incoming calls according to company policies in a friendly, prompt and professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of desk and service lounge.
• Interact with Service Advisor and Warranty team to ensure customers’ needs are addressed.
• Perform other clerical and administrative duties as assigned.

Schedule: Full time, Saturday and evening availability required

What You’ll Bring:

• 2+ years of experience in an administrative, customer-facing role

Total Rewards

The hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 to $20.00 per hour. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
