Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience; 4+ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Improve customer experience and resolve issues with Service Providers.
• Manage Service Providers, conduct reviews, ensure compliance and performance.
• Support stores with onboarding, promotions, and events; manage escalations.
• Attend training sessions and weekly calls; manage calendars and planning.
