Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum: 18+ years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.

• 3+ years of related experience; 4+ years preferred in field-based roles.

Responsibilities

• Drive Services sales growth by managing the lifecycle and partnerships of Service Providers.
• Lead partnership reviews, monitor performance, ensure compliance, and address escalations.
• Support store teams with onboarding, training, and ongoing provider management to ensure service quality.
• Oversee field operations and audits to prevent service disruptions and penalties.
