Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a District Services Manager (DSM) to drive Services sales growth by shaping a strategic partnership between Service Providers and the Home Services organization. The DSM will oversee sourcing, onboarding, expansion, and termination of providers, working closely with the services operations team to align with business goals, service standards, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• 3 years of work experience in related field are preferred.

Responsibilities

• 25% - Customer Experience and Issue Resolution: review customer feedback, resolve care cases, coordinate with Service Providers to meet SLAs.
• 60% - Service Provider Management and Compliance: conduct reviews, onboard providers, monitor performance, ensure compliance and field oversight.
• 5% - Store Support: assist stores with onboarding and issue resolution related to installers and service providers.
• 10% - Training/Development and Administrative Activities: participate in training, weekly calls, and planning activities.
