Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a District Services Manager to drive services sales by managing Service Providers and enabling strong partnerships with the Home Services team. You will oversee onboarding, performance reviews, compliance, and ongoing provider development to ensure service quality.

The role emphasizes field oversight, customer experience improvements, and collaboration with store teams to meet service standards and drive growth across districts in the US.

Qualifications

• Requires 18+ years of age and legal permission to work in the United States.
• Knowledge/experience in retail, home improvement, or construction is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to negotiate and resolve disputes.

Responsibilities

• 25% - Improve customer experience by reviewing feedback and ensuring timely resolution of care cases, coordinating with Service Providers to meet SLAs.
• 60% - Manage Service Providers, monitor performance, ensure compliance, onboard new providers, and lead field oversight and risk mitigation.
• 5% - Support stores with onboarding and on-site issues related to installations, events, and escalations following SOP SS 08-40.
• 10% - Participate in training and weekly coordination calls, plan ahead, and forecast for upcoming weeks.
