Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: 18+, legally permitted to work in the United States, proficiency in predictive modeling, data mining and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Cross-Functional Collaboration with field leadership and regional teams to align initiatives across districts.
• Lead Services Leadership to achieve profitability and exceed sales plans, monitor pipeline, conversion, and customer satisfaction.
• Talent Management: oversee hiring, retention, development, and performance of field teams across a large geographic area.
