Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a District Services Manager to drive services sales growth by cultivating partnerships with Service Providers and the Home Services organization. You will oversee sourcing, onboarding, expansion, and performance, ensuring alignment with standards and compliance.

This role requires strong relationship management and field oversight. Responsibilities include managing customer experience, provider performance reviews, store support, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience.
• Preferred 4 years of work experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent.
• Knowledge or experience in retail/home improvement.
• Residential remodel project management experience.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to negotiate and resolve disputes with customers.

Responsibilities

• 25% - Manage customer experience and resolutions with Service Providers to meet SLAs.
• 60% - Lead provider management, onboarding, training, and performance reviews.
• 5% - Support stores with provider-related escalations and events.
• 10% - Attend weekly trainings and participate in field meetings for service issues.
