Qualifications

• Minimum education is a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of relevant leadership experience.
• Proven skills in data analysis and predictive modeling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct a multi-district services team including DSMs, AMMs, BIMs, SMs, and RPMs.
• Drive profitability by meeting sales plans and improving pipeline, conversion, and customer service.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance; communicate strategic vision across field leadership.
• Develop talent and mentor field associates to improve selling and operating skills.
• Manage provider relationships and performance across a large geographic area.
