Job summary

Home Depot is seeking a Field Director Services to oversee a multi-district team of District Services Managers, Assistant Market Managers, Branch Install Managers, Sales Managers and Regional Provider Managers across a broad geography. • Minimum education: bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Coveted leadership training and program development experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a multi-district field team including DSMs, AMMs, BIMs, SMs and RPMs.
• Drive profitability by meeting or exceeding sales plans and optimizing field operations.
• Develop talent through coaching, mentorship and performance management.
• Analyze pipeline, conversion, revenue, margins and customer satisfaction to implement improvements.
