Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with cross-functional team members to ensure accurate and timely recording of project costs and invoicing.
• Monitors billing and accounts receivable, resolves disputes with internal teams and customers.
• Generates and interprets reports; communicates effectively with team members.
• Cross trains for coverage of the service project administrators when needed.
• Schedules and participates in internal project team meetings and validates cost data.
