Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Good communication and time management skills.
• Experience with financial systems and basic accounting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow standard processes and enterprise systems.
• Support project life cycle from award to close-out.
• Coordinate procurement, invoicing, and cost recording.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, engineers, and finance.
• Ensure timely, accurate billing and reporting.
• Track costs, timesheets, and vendor invoices.
