Responsibilities

• Coordinate with cross-functional team to record costs, materials, timesheets, and reports.
• Initiate invoicing for completed work and manage payroll documentation.
• Monitor accounts receivable and help resolve billing disputes with customers.
• Generate, interpret, and print various reports for project tracking.
• Schedule and attend internal project team meetings for information transfer.
• Validate cost to date and reconcile project data in the business system.
