Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Project Administrator in our Bellevue, WA Contracting group. Under moderate supervision, you will work with Project Manager(s) on routine project documentation, procurement, invoicing, and closeout across multiple projects.

You will coordinate cost tracking, purchase orders, vendor subcontracts, and ensure timely billing while interacting with internal and external customers to support project delivery.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with up to 2 years of related experience.
• Strong communication and proactive, team-capable.
• Experience with financial systems, AR/AP knowledge.
• Construction law knowledge is an asset; HVAC familiarity preferred

Responsibilities

• Follow standard work processes using enterprise systems.
• Coordinate project transition from Sales to Operations.
• Administer projects through full life cycle for contract delivery.
• Manage procurement: orders, subcontracts, vendor tracking.
• Coordinate monthly invoicing per client requirements.
• Record project costs: timesheets, forecasts, vendor invoices with reports.
• Review billing backlog and coordinate with PMs, technicians and customers.
