Qualifications

• Familiarity with HVAC systems is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to work overtime/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Record project costs including materials, timesheets, labor hours, and daily reports; initiate invoicing for completed work and prepare payroll documentation.
• General administrative functions to identify project costs for service billings.
• Generate, interpret, and print various reports.
• Monitor accounts receivable invoicing status and resolve billing disputes with internal teams and customers.
• Coordinate with Service Managers, HVAC Field Technicians, customers, and cross-train for coverage.
