Job summary

NFI is seeking a Service Coordinator to deliver high-quality customer service in distribution, coordinate purchase orders, and support parts inventory and invoicing processes. You will interact with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely, accurate POs and efficient issue resolution.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Competitive hourly base pay and robust benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or tech school graduate or college graduate.
• Computer knowledge including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Gmail and PowerPoint), Maintenance software programs.
• At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service with issues resolution experience.
• Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills.
• Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
• Must be willing and able to frequently push, pull, kneel, bend and reach.
• Must be able to use safe handling/lifting procedures to move parts/product.
• Be capable of becoming certified to operate MHE equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level of customer service to internal and external customers in Distribution.
• Interact with team members to support customers.
• Coordinate PO requests from field by phone or email and notify vendors.
• Identify and order replacement parts and supplies.
• Enter local and field invoices and attach to purchase orders.
