Job summary

Nixon Power Services, a leading distributor in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support parts fulfillment, ordering, procurement and billing for Service, Sales and OTC customers. The role requires collaboration across teams, initiative and a strong customer focus.

Responsibilities include staging parts, maintaining stock levels, operating forklifts, tracking orders, and processing data and payments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-3 years warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift certification strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong ownership, accountability and initiative with daily duties.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Research and problem-solving skills.
• Good time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Draw and stage parts from inventory for Service Technicians.
• Maintain parts inventory stock levels.
• Operates forklifts and pallet jacks safely within warehouse.
• Coordinate parts for Sales and Services teams.
• Cycle count inventory monthly.
• Track orders to avoid shipping delays.
• Input customer data and vendor purchase orders for procurement.
• Process customer orders by phone or email and handle billing.
