Job summary

Nixon Power Services in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support fulfillment, ordering, procurement, and billing of parts for Service, Sales, and Over-the-Counter customers. You will work across teams to ensure accurate inventory control and timely order processing.

The role requires collaboration, a can-do attitude, and the ability to learn and grow in a fast-paced aftermarket environment. Forklift duties and warehouse duties are a core part of daily tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-3 years warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draw and stage parts from inventory for Service Technicians.
• Maintain parts inventory stock levels.
• Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Identify, sort, locate, and transfer parts for Sales and Services teams.
• Cycle count inventory monthly.
• Track orders to avoid shipping delays.
• Input customer data and vendor orders with focus on inventory control.
• Research parts availability and vendor opportunities.
• Process customer orders by phone or email.
• Manage customer billing and orders; ensure accurate pricing.
