Job summary

Sudden Service, Inc. in Florida is seeking a diligent service coordinator to assist customers and field technicians with maintenance planning and service parts. You will prepare estimates, process orders, and keep detailed records to ensure efficient service delivery.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills, plus a valid driver's license and experience in a parts/service environment. Training and safety coordination duties are also part of the position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in Parts/Service industry preferred.
• Strong customer-service orientation and ability to coordinate with service technicians.

Responsibilities

• Identify maintenance needs with customers and Field Service Mechanics.
• Advise customers on services and prepare cost estimates for parts and labor.
• Process service orders and warranty claims; maintain accurate records and reports.
• Maintain service center files, timesheets, and vehicle records as directed.
