Job summary

Manpower Group client in Lake Wales, FL is seeking a Customer Service/Parts Representative to support the Parts & Service Department. You will be the main contact for customers ordering parts or service for their trucks and coordinate parts arrival for scheduled repairs.

The role requires 2+ years in parts sales or service writing, familiarity with ERP systems, and a high school diploma. You will use ERP and inventory software to process orders, quotes, and invoices, while answering inquiries

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade certification in diesel mechanics/heavy equipment is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in parts sales, automotive/equipment service writing, or a commercial parts counter role.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for customers needing to order parts or service for their trucks.
• Assist in identifying specialized hydraulic and mechanical grapple truck components and help customers find the correct replacement parts.
• Formulate and process parts sales orders, quotes, and invoices using inventory and ERP software.
• Greet customers and respond to inbound phone calls and email inquiries regarding repair estimates, parts availability, and service statuses.
• Open, track, and close repair orders (ROs) while ensuring labor and part estimates are clearly broken down for customers and shop foremen.
