Responsibilities

• Works with customers and Field Service Mechanics to identify required maintenance.
• Advises customers on necessary services and calculates costs for parts and labor.
• Enters estimates on service orders and explains them to customers.
• Processes parts and service orders for invoicing and maintains records.
• Maintains inventory and expedites parts shipments as needed.
• Assists with safety audits and compliance under company policy.
