Qualificações

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in Parts/Service industry preferred.
• Ability to prioritize service work and multi-task.
• Strong customer service orientation.

Responsabilidades

• Identify required maintenance with customers and Field Service Mechanics.
• Advise customers on necessary/suggested services and compute costs.
• Enter itemized estimates and process service parts orders for invoicing.
