Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule services, appointments, or dispatch of technicians.
• Maintain accurate records of service requests, interactions, and outcomes.
• Prepare service documentation and invoicing support.
• Monitor the progress of service delivery to ensure timelines are met and that services are carried out efficiently.
• Follow up with customers on appointment confirmations, job status, and completion.
• Communicate delays, changes, and schedule updates to customers and internal teams.
• Prepare and distribute reports on service activities and outcomes to management.
• Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement in the delivery process.
• Process incoming parts inquiries and identify the correct part numbers from manuals, drawings, and equipment records.
• Prepare and send parts quotes, and follow up on open quotes.
• Enter and track customer parts orders from receipt through shipment.
• Coordinate with the warehouse on stock availability, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Keep customers informed of order status, tracking, and expected delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer, pricing, and part records in the ERP/CRM system.
