Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience coordinating service with technicians and parts staff.
• Mechanical aptitude or forklift experience preferred.
• Customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Works with customers and Field Service Mechanics to identify required maintenance.
• Advises customers on necessary/suggested services.
• Calculates costs for replacement parts and labor to restore lift trucks to customer specifications.
• Estimates costs of mechanical, electrical, or other repairs.
• Enters itemized estimates on service orders and explains them to customers.
