Johnson Controls International plc. seeks an onsite Service Operations Scheduler in New York, NY. Under direct supervision of the Pod Team Manager (Customer Service Dispatch Supervisor), you will receive and schedule customer calls for service and manage technician schedules to ensure timely maintenance.

Responsibilities include coordinating labor, communicating plans to customers, and following up to meet expectations. Strong organization and interpersonal skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and schedule customer calls for service under supervision.
• Coordinate labor scheduling to align technician to customer and service need.
• Communicate action plan and services to be provided directly to the customer.
• Ensure work meets customer expectations and follow up as needed.
• Answer inquiries and escalate issues as appropriate.
• Debrief activities daily and ensure technicians have daily schedules.
