Johnson Controls in New York, NY, seeks an experienced service operations coordinator to schedule and debrief field technicians, ensure timely maintenance, and coordinate with billing and support teams. You will manage customer expectations, track progress, and maintain accurate scheduling data.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–5 years of service operations and/or service scheduling experience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
• Dispatch experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive and schedule customer service calls under supervision.
• Manage technician/engineer schedules to meet preventive maintenance targets.
• Debrief daily with technicians and coordinate resolutions with teams.
• Assist with time and expense reporting and timesheet accuracy.
• Communicate service plans and expectations to customers and escalate as needed.
• Ensure accurate entry of customer data in NxGen and related systems.
