Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in a service-oriented business.
• Experience leading field operations, maintenance, repair, or similar service teams.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and customer retention.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily service operations to meet safety, quality, client satisfaction and profitability goals.
• Drive repair sales growth through opportunity identification and forecasting.
• Coach and develop supervisors, technicians, and administrators.
• Manage staffing, performance, and employee engagement.
• Use data and KPIs to improve operations and customer outcomes.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning.
• Act as primary customer escalation and relationship manager.
• Partner with sales to increase service growth.
• Ensure compliance with labor agreements and safety requirements.
