Job summary

Konecranes is seeking a Field Operations Manager in Indianapolis, IN to oversee field service profitability and operations. You will lead field personnel, ensure safety compliance, and coordinate with planning and project management for service work to optimize outcomes.

Applicants should have 5+ years of managerial experience in customer service operations, with a track record in leading field teams and delivering quality service. Travel of 10–20% is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years experience as a manager in customer service operations role.
• Experience managing a customer facing, field service business preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership experience and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Safety governance including monthly safety meetings, toolbox talks, inspections and field audits.
• Directly manage Field Supervisors, Inspectors, Technicians, Site Managers and Supervisors.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complaints per VoC process.
• Coordinate with Planning/Project Management for sold service work and schedule WIP.
• Drive productivity and monitor gross margin and profitability of the branch.
• Maintain equipment/assets in safe, proper working order per safety standards.
