Job summary

TK Elevator in Albuquerque, NM is seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator- Service/Repair to support daily field operations, scheduling, and dispatch activities.

The role involves coordinating manpower, maintaining attendance and vehicle logs, and providing status updates to customers and national accounts. Strong organizational skills and proficiency with Salesforce/Oracle are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1-year certificate and related experience.
• Some elevator repair administrative work, preferred.
• Salesforce and Oracle database knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review callback, open-ticket, and work-order reports to identify unassigned work.
• Maintain staffing and scheduling information and coordinate with dispatch.
• Provide status updates to National Accounts and customers.
• Assist with invoicing and payroll support tasks as needed.
• Coordinate field equipment needs and safety-related tickets.
