Job summary

TK Elevator in St. Louis, MO is seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to handle administrative duties for the service operations department, ensuring efficient, cost-effective performance and seamless coordination with dispatch, field technicians, and customers.

Key responsibilities include updating on-call lists, managing tickets and invoices, liaising between branch operations and regional dispatch, maintaining documentation, payroll entries, and preparing reports for management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; or 1-year certificate from college or technical school; or 3–6 months related experience and/or training in basic business administration.
• Some elevator repair administrative work preferred.
• Oracle database knowledge, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs administrative duties for the service operations department to ensure efficiency and cost effectiveness.
• Updates on-call lists and notifies Dispatch daily; checks technicians in/out and communicates with Dispatch and supervisors.
• Provides status to National Accounts and customers on open work orders and completed callbacks; updates monthly tickets.
• Acts as liaison between branch operations and regional dispatch; maintains shared calendars and schedules for dispatch with field attendance.
• Tracks operations systems and tool audits; assists with IT downloads and data entry into systems.
• Prepares payroll entries and processes daily DVR; creates parts requisitions and manages invoices and payables.
• Generates reports for legal, safety, and incident documentation; assists with safety meetings and documentation.

Education
