Job summary

TK Elevator in Albuquerque, NM is seeking an Operations Coordinator- Service/Repair to manage daily field operations, staffing, and scheduling. You will coordinate work orders, support payroll and timekeeping, and act as the link between branch operations and Regional Dispatch to ensure timely responses to customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• One-year certificate from college or technical school.
• Three to six months related experience and/or training in basic business administration.
• Salesforce and Oracle database knowledge, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports daily Service and Repair field operations by reviewing reports and coordinating priorities.
• Maintains daily field staffing, scheduling information, and updates to Regional Dispatch.
• Communicates equipment status and open work orders to stakeholders.
• Liaises between branch operations and Regional Dispatch for field coverage.
• Provides status updates to National Accounts and customers on open work orders and repairs.
• Performs payroll and timekeeping support for field employees.
• Creates parts requisitions and monitors transactions to ensure timely delivery.
