Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supports daily Service and Repair field operations by reviewing reports and coordinating priorities.
• Maintains staffing and scheduling information and updates Dispatch daily.
• Communicates status to National Accounts and customers and prepares reports as needed.
• Acts as liaison between branch operations and Regional Dispatch; coordinates field coverage.
• Reviews Work in Progress reports and updates relevant teams and stakeholders.
• Performs payroll and timekeeping support for field employees and maintains attendance data.
