Job summary

TK Elevator is seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator- Service/Repair in Tacoma, WA. The role supports maintenance, dispatch, invoicing, and safety processes across service operations.

You will liaise between branch operations and regional dispatch, manage tickets and reports, and assist with safety documentation and vendor communications. A HW diploma and basic admin experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• One year certificate from college or technical school preferred.
• Three to six months related experience and/or training in basic business administration.
• Some elevator repair administrative work is preferred.
• Oracle database knowledge desirable.

Responsibilities

• Performs Install Base maintenance as needed and creates safety inspection tickets.
• Updates on-call lists and notifies Dispatch daily; checks technicians in/out and communicates with Dispatch and supervisors.
• Provides status to National Accounts and customers on open work orders and completed callbacks.
• Acts as liaison between branch operations and regional dispatch; maintains shared dispatch calendars and schedules.
• Tracks Operations systems and conducts tool audits.
• Assists managers with safety meetings and documentation; orders phones and replacements for service department.
• Creates parts requisitions and receives parts; reviews weekly reports of un-received invoices.
• Sends copies of down payment checks to regional Accounts Receivable and submits service invoices to lockbox.
• Prepares monthly NIM reports for Corporate and updates NIM tracker.

Education

High school diploma or GED
