Job summary

TK Elevator in Evansville, IN is seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator - Service to perform administrative duties for the service operations department. You will support dispatch, payroll, invoicing, and data reporting while coordinating with mechanics and managers.

The role requires high school completion or equivalent, with some experience in elevator admin work and familiarity with Oracle databases.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent; or a certificate from college/technical school; or 3–6 months related experience.
• Some elevator repair administrative work preferred.
• Oracle database knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Performs Install Base maintenance and creates safety inspection tickets.
• Updates on-call lists and notifies Dispatch daily; tracks technicians in/out.
• Provides status on open work orders to National Accounts and customers.
• Acts as liaison between branch operations and regional dispatch; maintains calendars.
• Completes payroll entry forms and processes daily DVR/cost corrections.
• Creates parts requisitions and handles invoicing/reconciliation with regional billers.
