Job summary

Shoppa’s Material Handling, a family-owned dealer of Toyota Material Handling, seeks a Service Advisor Manager to lead the Service Advisor team and coordinate service operations. You will collaborate with technicians and customers to ensure timely, accurate service and maintain strong client relationships.

Responsibilities include scheduling, workload management, invoicing, and identifying department improvements. Strong communication, leadership, and computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in service operations within the material handling industry or similar.
• Min. 5 years’ experience in a leadership role.
• Strong communications skills (verbally and written); process improvement experience required.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop Service Advisors.
• Train new Service Advisors.
• Resolve internal and external customer problems and strengthen relationships.
• Identify and escalation department improvement opportunities (e.g. Lean).
• Manage daily scheduling.
• Manage daily workload.
• Oversee service invoicing.
• Monitor inbound and outbound communications.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with various softwares.
