Shoppa’s Material Handling, a family-owned dealer of Toyota Material Handling, seeks a Service Advisor Manager to lead the Service Advisor team and coordinate service operations. You will collaborate with technicians and customers to ensure timely, accurate service and maintain strong client relationships.
Responsibilities include scheduling, workload management, invoicing, and identifying department improvements. Strong communication, leadership, and computer skills are essential.

The Service Advisor Manager is accountable for all administrative and support activities of the Service Advisors. This position provides leadership and direction to the Service Advisor team while ensuring service activities are organized, efficient, and aligned with department goals. The Service Advisor Manager works closely with internal teams, technicians, and customers to coordinate service needs, address concerns, and maintain strong customer relationships. This role is also responsible for monitoring daily workloads, scheduling, invoicing, and communications to support timely and accurate service operations. In addition, the Service Advisor Manager identifies opportunities to improve department processes and helps promote consistent service standards across the organization.
